I respect black and white but...
color is my forté
With the idea that other animals see colors that we simply can't, or that some people cannot see the same colors we can, I thought that would make a pretty profound difference in the way that one views the world. In photography I show this through a technique I call hue-shifting. It works by changing all the colors of the original image in harmony so that they all change equally and the result can be quite astonishing. Can you imagine if you always saw your world this way?
This technique grew out of my experimentation with hue shifting. After being featured in a few galleries and festivals, I realized that since everyone has different color preferences, I should create pieces that focus on and emphasize certain colors or color combinations to fit the tastes of anyone I may meet at one of these showings!
